Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Elena aspired to climb the corporate ladder. BUT, after attending a wine-making class at a local winery, her hobby blossomed into a new love affair. Equipped with a passion for excellence and a mission to promote and enhance social experiences, Davine Wines was created. She acknowledges the gap between minorities and the wine industry, and prides herself on curating high-quality, well-balanced wines while cultivating loyalty and long-lasting relationships. "Wine is not just a remedy to relieve a day's stress, it's a lifestyle!", says Elena.

In 2019, Davine Wines made its debut by entering the market as a new, small, urban brand dedicated to complementing Chicago's diverse culture. Davine Wines currently has four varietals, Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling, and Rosé. Each wine has its own identity, influenced by Elena's life story.

When not making wine, Elena raises her 3-year-old son, works as an accountant, and recently earned her level one Sommelier certification. She enjoys traveling the country, visiting various wineries to educate herself and learn more about the wine-making process. Elena is committed to sharing her growing knowledge of the industry with others to help bridge the gap in minority communities
